How it works:
First purchase your passports at any of the wineries participating in the Heart of Iowa Wine Trail. Maps in the passport lead you to each winery where you will find tours, tastings, and beautiful Iowa countryside.

When you complete your passport by getting all 15 wineries' stamps, you will receive a gift of a pair of 2008 Heart of Iowa Wine Trail glasses.

Passports can be stamped anytime during 2008.

Picnic Time...in the Vines Summer travelers can purchase a 2-person $40 picnic cooler at any of the participating wineries June and July. Throughout the two months, participants can travel to all 15 of the Heart of Iowa Wine Trail wineries and receive a different picnic item. Upon visiting all 15 wineries, participants will have a complete picnic set with everything they need for their summer picnic fun! Check the individual wineries for operating hours. Cost: $40 per picnic cooler
